Al la carte pricing:
- Initial Visit – Consult, exam, adjustment and therapy $115
- Report of Findings – Follow up consult, adjustment and therapy – $90
- Single Visit – $60/visit
New Patient Package
Includes: Initial consultation, Report of Findings, 4 subsequent visits.
- $375 (15% discount if paid in full at first visit)
- $400 (10% discount if paid in two equal payments)
Multi – Visit Discounted Packages (does not include NP or ROF visit)
- 5 Visits – $270 (10% discount, $54/visit)
- 10 Visits – $510 (15% discount, $51/visit)
- 20 Visits – $960 (20% discount, $48/visit)
36 visits – to be paid every six visits or via auto pay every month, starting on your first visit. Visits do not expire. Visits are non transferrable and cannot be shared.
- Individual – $220/month ($36/visit)
- W/ Spouse – $382/month ($32 pp/visit)
- Family (up to 4) – $620/month ($26 pp/ visit)
